Book Package
After the consultation you will have enough information to determine which package you would like to buy. Once you book your package, you'll get access begin coaching sessions.
Initial Consultation (Optional)
First, we offer a free 45min consultation to get a better understanding of your goals and needs. This time is also perfect for you to ask any questions about our services and to gauge if we will be a good fit.
Coaching Sessions
After you book a package, then we begin coaching sessions. We'll review progress since the last session, discuss current challenges and opportunities, provide actionable strategies and tools, and set next steps and accountability measures. Sessions are usually virtual meetings, but can be in person depending on the location
Support
In addition to coaching sessions, you'll also get email access, email support, and ongoing support depending on the package you go with. This helps you stay on track and address any issues or concerns that pop up in between coaching sessions.
Progress Evaluation
The point of coaching is to help you get to your long term objectives. We can't do that efficiently if we don't track your progress. This is why we routinly review goals, monitor metrics, and assess outcomes. We'll adjust strategies based on progress and your feedback.
